Minge joke

So it might be a strange picture coming from someone who doesn't have (yet) a computer that supports Half Life 2 let alone Gmod. But I've seen a lot of minge joke on the interweb. And I think poor Dr. Kleiner might be getting fed up with having his face and limbs contorted in painful ways. This image just sort of popped into my head.
Also, I was having a bad day. Throwing a radiator at someone would have felt good.
